All the positive comments on the LetsBookHotel.com website were absolutely true. Everything about this hotel was great, really friendly and efficient staff. Room was spacious, absolutely in tip top order and cleaning was faultless. It is incredible value for money. Right in the heart of everything with S-bahn and U-bahn just outside the door. The only place to stay in Berlin!. I can honestly say that the hotel was first class. Both day and night staff were very helpful and very friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and we found it very peaceful even just to relax and have a drink at nite. without a doubt I will be recommending the hotel to my friends and looking forward to staying there again.all reviews »
Excellent location, very easy to find from Alexanderplatz station. Lovely, modern hotel with nice bar and VERY helpful staff and even helped me to find the street I needed to meet my friends in on googlemaps. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was new and clean, room also had a TV. I liked the lounge-type hotel reception, outdoor terrace, excellent location (near train, bus and restaurants); room small but practical, clean and nicely decorated; friendly staff, good value for money in general including breakfast.There was not one thing I could complain about here. Our room was cleaned everyday, and it was very nice. You are right by the train station but can't hear it. You are close to everything there, and several must see monuments. great place. i'd recommend motel one to anyone. It's right at the center - walking distance to many locations and interesting areas. room was lovely - a bit small but comfortable and welcoming. Overall - brilliant hotel!.
