Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time there if we hadn't done so much sightseeing!

Everything was so pleasant there is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Again, we'd like to thank the staff for their warm hospitality and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Berlin!

Excellent swimming pool. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Comprehensive kitchen facilities in the room. Internet.

coffee and tea sachets in the room were provided only on the first day. Consider providing them daily. Steam room was smelly. Sliced full grain rye bread may be included at breakfast. Room was a bit too warm.(summer sun?). However, a pedestal fan was arranged.

Size of rooms (in this all suite hotel) excellent. Very quiet. Staff ranging from helpful and polite to syrupy to argumentative. Typical 4 star Germany.

No A/C. Rooms were warm in afternoon around May 1. Would be unacceptable during summer months. Hotel provided wireless internet went out, forcing purchase of T-Mobile for E 39.00, which staff refused to pay for. Offered to "not charge" 15% override on car reservation they made for me. Yawn. Gave us mediocre room service breakfast last day, and manager argued about 1 hour late check-out.

not a 5 star hotel, it's an aparthotel. Breakfast is very poor but the price is too high
