Overall we liked everythin about the apartment and would recommend it.

The kitchen equipment was weak.

location, there is a washing machine in the room no dryer but thats ok they offer a drying rack

lady at reception couldnt speak very good english even though she was very cute. no lift

very near to the metro station and to the main area. the neighborhood was peaceful.

it was quite hard to find in the beginning.

very nice personel and location of hotel. in walking distance from U-band, one stop on U-band from S-band...all interesting places are arround. overall good!

The position in the Mitte area and the fact that we were to be completely independent. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for everything that was required.

The lighting could be perhaps improved in the apartment for reading.

Very nicely done apartments. All basic facilities provided. very well located just east of the city centre. Tram and rail connections are easy. Big shopping super market is just 8-10 mins walk to pick up your provisions. The staff guides you on this.

The English-proficiency of the staff is a slight limiting factor. The Wi-Fi gave a lot of trouble. Else was OK.

The appartement is clean and confortable, the kitchen is big enough, we cook in the house, it was really like a home.

The location was great. As a group that all day were out of the apartment, the apartment gave us all our needs.

the WIFI didn't work all the weekend although we asked the L72 stuff to fix it. 1 toilet and 1 shower isn't enough to 8 person group.

Great price for nice apartments - but the key was the location. It was in a great area, right by U-Bahn and other public transport, and walking distance from some great places. There are also a few really cool bars very nearby - Mein Haus am See was particularly good. Recommend to any group of mates on a holiday who want to be in the thick of the action.

Bed linen of the sleeping couch was dirty (not washed).

Wifi was good once I plugged in the adaptor which I wasn't told about. Parking was secure. Very clean and comfortable place with all facilities. Was able to get washing done in the washing machine. Bed very comfortable, nice modern bathroom. 50 inch plasma TV.

Parking was a little expensive. All TV programs were in German. Need to get BBC on cable :)

I liked the fact that it was so close to a U-Bahn station, close to other major U and S-Bahn stations. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and it was equipped with all the basics one could need. The internet was pretty good for my basic needs, after all I didn't go to Berlin just to stay in the apartment. The only thing missing was a beer opener, luckily I can open a beer with a lighter :)

I didn't quite like the fact that the sound isolation of the rooms was not that great, I could hear almost everything from the rooms below. But I guess this is due to the fact that the building is quite old. Another thing was that there is no elevator and I stayed on the top floor.

Big apartment with kitchen, In room is relative big TV. Near is Ubahn statition and CCCP bar,

Was in old house, without lift, bed was for 2 persons was small and unconfortable, I dont understand why is this marked like 4 stars.

Good sized apartment, with full couch, kitchen, etc. Fairly central. Friendly staff.

Room was not reasy when I arrived. They gave me the key of a dirty room. This problem was fixed within 1 hour. There was a unpleasant smell in the room. The bed was too soft and the mattress not complety 100% horizontal, which made sleeping difficult. Weak internet / wifi signal. No soap and shampoo in the shower.

Good location, fabulous apartment

Wifi didn't work, little unorganized at check out, had to lug bags up and down stairs several times.

The apartment itself was very well fitted out with everything we needed for a short trip. It was clean and comfortable.

The internet however was a real irritation, our router was locked and when we did manage to get online via another apartment number it would never stay on for a long enough time. Internet was essential to planning to our time in Berlin. Staff at receptions English was limited.

we live on the fifth floor and our baby travel with us, it is not convenient to go up and down stairs without an elevator.

Polish receptionist, when we checked in was very helpful. He let us leave our bags until check in and gave us some good tips regarding places to eat etc. Apartment itself was furnished in a modern fashion.

No toaster, a coffee machine with coffee pods to buy but no other tea/coffe items. No milk, we expect usually enough for 1 night in an apartment. No washing up liquid and strong chemical smell in kitchen.

- Apartment was on the sixth floor with no lift - closet was broken - The Apartment is simply one room cut in the center by a small curtain, it was very small and not comfortable

Central location. Relatively modern interior

The staff were appalling and very rude. They did not help us with our concerns, especially when it was in regards to sleeping arrangements. One of the group had to sleep on the couch in the confusion. Reception staff cannot speak a word of English and wifi is very poor. It shut down on the second day, but was only very weak at best. No lift with 7levels.Book with caution.

Full set of kitchen, not far from metro station

No room cleaning, even no change of towel. No staff at front desk after 8:00pm.

The advert was misleading. The room was ram down and had a bad smell.
