Situated between Savignyplatz and Steinplatz Charlottenberg. 5 min walk from Zoo Garten U Bahn. The Hotel is ideal for all groups. Breakfast was plentiful, Spa, Massage, & whirlpool on top floor. Many bars and restaurants nearby. I would stay here again. The freshness of my room (albeit small), the really charming, helpful and efficient staff, the delicious breakfasts, and the beautiful buildings and atmosphere in that particular part of Berlin - Charlottenberg.

Price was high however understandable during itb fair. Paying for internet is not from these days anymore. Not a problem while we were there in May, but no air conditioning might be an issue in summer. The doors have a system which makes them bang with great noise. This woke me up late at nights and early mornings. For me a reason not to go back to this hotel. The key to the door is a bit tricky to use for the first time. Door lock a bit fiddly. Was a little bit out of the way. Confusing fire egress directions. Facilities are a of simple comfort, but it is clean. Maybe an update would be good. The reception is closed between 3am-6am. For early departure with heavy luggage you can not take the elevator. Door lock a bit fiddly. In room facilities. No kettle. no comfortable chair to sit and read. No Hot Pot in the room. The spa wasn't warm enough to really relax. The room was very small. The door of the toilets was just opposit the bed. The night staff was not very good.
