Location is great; very clean; free Wi-Fi.

You have to ask for the TV remote control, but you don't know this until you get to your room. Towels are paper-thin. Check-in area could use some more charm.

The staff were very friendly and looked after us well. The breakfastbuffet had a good choice and always plenty to eat. The bar was veryuseful and very well frequented. The only thing I would say is I believethe hotel describes this as a cafe bar which indicates you could getfood at times other than breakfast which I don't think was the case .This was not a problem for us but could be for othe

A very minor point but the premises eotrher side are boarded up whichmakes it look a bit scruffy.

The rooms were big and warm....

The room prices varied for the few nights I was there, I paid 146.OO euro for three of the nights and I do not think it was worth that money. For that price I would expect coffee making facilities in the room. There was no remote for the T.V.

That hotel is in city center.

It was not very good, hotel is old and not very good for three star hotel, there was not soaps and shampoo, so I do not talk about other services...

The hotel was close to the subway and the zoo.

The hotel staff was extremely rude (the old Man) when we arrived. The younger man was much more willing to explain their expectations but still did not compensate for the rude old man. Their policy of payment in cash at sign-in is rediculous. If I had realized this up front I would not have stayed there. I expect much higher service from a hotel charging 225 Euro/night.

The staff was rude and the service was unappropriate. I am very disappointed
