I stayed here with my family for 6 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The main reason in my opinion is that Ann takes good care of her guests. she is very helpful and always there for help and ready to answer questions and suggest places to see. The apartment (2 bedroom) is clean and comfortable. This apartment has a wide balcony. There is a washing machine in a washing room downstairs for everybody to use and is for free. you don't even need to buy soap. the kitchen has everything a family wo.

My husband and I were here for three nights. On arrival we found the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. It was plenty large enough for the two of us and had a balcony which overlooked the hills with a lovely view. Our airline had lost one of our cases and the owner could not do enough to help us letting us use her phone and offering to lend my husband some items which were in his lost case. Toothbrush, shaver etc. All in all I would highly recommend this apa. Beautiful, spacious and clean two bedroom apartment. Completely equipped with everything needed for a lovely and convenient stay. Grocery stores and good restaurants within a few minutes' drive. Very nice and friendly owner, who takes exceptional care of every little detail. A home away from home… highly recommended!. The location was excellent and view was amazing. The hotel was in the heart of Black forest where it did not take long to travel from one place to another. Plenty utensils etc. Free public transport card. It's very useful to rent an appartment where you can cook, relax or do as you please. It was very comfortable for us. Internet connection needs to be improved. The wifi did not work. They had a cable to plug through the internet but we only brought our i-pads meaning it was a little inconvenient. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. One possible hitch for anybody going mid summer is the lack of blackout curtain/blind on velux and lounge window, so could be a bit bright early morning which may be a drawback for some!. Even though the tennants left everything set for our arrival, we couldn't contact them during the whole stay and we didn't know what to do with the key and the payment. Wifi only available one day out of three. Our apartment had a window in the ceil without any blinds or shutters, so we were forced to wake up very early in the morning because of the light.
