  For a 3 star hotel the breakfast was excellent and the staff had good command of English. Lovely sauna and pool ares. - it is a very lovely hotel, friendly staff, huge room, lovely views! It was comfortable and looked great from outside too.

  This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I can only imagine the 5* service once the hotel is really on its feet - I could not recommend this hotel strongly enough - The building is currently a building site! Not fenced off, with major paving and landscape going on, the path is a shingle path one end and paving block half finished the other end. The reception is Ok but once we got off the lift on the third floor, we come out into a building site again before our room!
