  This hotel left an impression on us because of the excellent service we received. The hotel itself has lovely decor and the bed and room were comfortable. After we arrived we wanted to go for a walk and the staff advised us that the view from the top of the hill, through the vineyards was excellent at sunset. It was!   For a 3 star hotel the breakfast was excellent and the staff had good command of English. Lovely sauna and pool ares. - it is a very lovely hotel, friendly staff, huge room, lovely views! It was comfortable and looked great from outside too.

  The staff was wonderful and very kind. I was greeted with warmth and concern. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet which is what I needed most.   The room was fantastic, clean, huge, big balcony looking over the Caracalla. It was decorated in a good mix between modern/contemporary. It was nice that you could even close the barrier between the two main rooms for more privacy. The room was not at all "dated" like many other fancy hotels. The bathroom was awesome with a shower and separate bat... what people say » h tub. The complimentary robes were so great I ended up buying one to take home with me. The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. Fresh squeezed - Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.

  I felt very safe and comfortable as I was staying on my own. The breakfast was wonderful and I will always remember it. The decor of the hotel was so elegant that I was continually appreciating my surroundings. Position was excellent. - Excellent location and services. Excellent breakfast but every day was the same.
