Helpful attitude and breakfast was good. I assume there will never be a problem to park a car right in front of the establishment.

WiFi Internet more non working, than working. If there is nobody at the reception, than You have to phone receptionist via internal telephone... It's silly to climb back to Your room just to phone receptionist to the desk and walk all way back just to receive an Invoice...
