  日本人の方がフロントに居て下さるのは嬉しい限りです。ドイツは一般にサービス精神に乏しいと思われますので、日本の物差しで評価すれば多くのホテルが辛口評価になってしまうと思いますのお間違えなく。ただ私達ドイツ在住者にはこのホテルは快適でした。 Excellent Japanese hospitality in Germany. Off course we can not simply compare to the hotels in Japan, which have different level of standards. We, Japanese family in Germany could stay very comfortably. - I loved the breakfast... what people say » buffet it was amazing .. I also liked the room size and the facilities within the rooms. The Sauna and the Steamroom facilities were great also. The Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was located withing walking distance from the main central shopping area!

  Hotel is very close to railway station you even can see Hauptbanhof building from hotel window. In the recepcion staff speaks Russian, very hospital. There is shower in the room (single room). Recepcion is on 2nd floor but there is an elevator. - every thing, to the young clerk from the front desk who lend me the alarm clock I am very thank full... what people say » and very sorry that I don't remember your name. congrats and thank you.

  This is a fantastic hotel which is very close to the Old Town and all the shops. It is also accessible to lots of other attractions by the close tram/train links. This staff are very helpful and speak and understand English.The rooms with the kitchenette are perfect for people who are on a tight budget or have a special diet which allows you to co... what people say » ok in the room ( Aldi supermarket not far away). The beds are so comfy. - The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals. Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night. Great location for walking to all city sights.
