The warm welcome and the excellent handling of our calls to the hotel plus car park, essential for security as we were returning to Ireland from France and did not wish to unpack the car. So that was most helpful. Our triple room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.We arrived earlier than the normal "arrival time" and were met by a friendly welcome and immediately a room was found for us. The room was extremely fresh, spacious, quiet and clean. The room was of better quality than we expected and better than our previous experience of city two star. Friendliness and politeness of staff. Very central to the old town facilities. A great place to stay that I would recommend.Cordial, helpful staff. Exceptionally large room for France. Thebathroom was enormous. Also, very quiet location. And, the boulangeriejust across the street is the best!. Exceptional value, great location, good breakfast. Large and very comfortable room with good en-suite facilities. I would definitely stay again and would recommend highly.We were travelling with a toddler and they provided us with a cot. We booked a standard room but reckon we got a free upgrade because the cot wouldnt have fitted. We ended up in a karge room with King bed, toilet room and bath/shower room. Receptionist and owner wwere very helpful and pleasant. Warm welcome at reception. Absence of noise in room.Friendly staff and good location. LOvely helpful staff. The shower was a bit awkward, as the end with the shower head sloped soone had to stand sufficiently back that water ran beyond the shortpartition onto the floor, which became very slippery. Would have beennice to have free wifi, at least in the lobby. Rooms where hot, would be nice to have tea making facilities in the room for us Brits!. It was a bit eerie going down to the garage parking from the hotel especially at night. Think they overdid the air freshner a bit in the rooms but thats better than a bad smell : ). The room decor is very basic. The garage is not easy to negotiate with a large car. 3 beds in my room. The room is too hot.
