Pleasant staff, nice environment - simple and comfortable. Very good standard hotel execellent value for money.Spacious hotel. Good quality rooms and excellent facilities. all reviews » The location of the Hotel was quite good considering our place of business meeting. Room was clean and good and staff was very helpful. activities(table tennis,dart,chess,pool,tennis,billiards,massage). Good relation between price and quality. location. Nice place. Breakfast was included in the offer we took and it was lovely outside in the garden.proximity to regional park; proximity to Valbonne. Helpfull and nice staff. Air conditioning unit failed on last night and couldn't be fixed. Our rooms were a long way from reception and it was a fair way to gocarrying our luggage. Journey included steps, we noticed no facilitiesfor disabled / whelchair. Good value for the price though as far as wewere concerneced.To find this hotel in night is more then complicated, even if you use maps.google. If you lose yourself go to Biot and drive to Velbone, you will have 2 round-about - take the last turn in each. Advice to the hotel administration - could you please make more signs... Tricky to find (not really the Hotel's fault, the area is a maze of twisted roads). We arrived at Sophia Antipolis main bus station on saturday evening and realised that it it was not possible to get a taxi / shuttle to the hotel. We had to lug our suitcase all the way. Perhaps the hotel staff could have personally helped in the matter. We are now wiser after the event is over that is to avoid coming to Sophia ANtipolis by bus over the weekend. For this reasonable large hotel located in isolation (no cafe next door) a bot disappointing that at 23:00 hours the bar was not really functioning. One kind staff member (laying the tables) was kind enough to serve me one small bottle of beer at 5 euro. A lonely drink before going to sleep.Restaurant is good but some dishes seem come out the freezer and cooked in the microwave. The usual with these decent 3 star hotels... they've got pools and nice facilities which adds a bit to the price but you're not going to use them on a one night stay. And then they have no free Wi-Fi which the cheaper hotels generally have. Free wired internet if you have a cable. A bit understaffed also at the front desk in the evening when a large group arrived. Check out lady was lovely.There was only one towel for 2 people, no hand towel, the tiny room was outdated, seemed like a cheap american motel room; the meal taken in the hotel restaurant was the worst we've eaten in 10 months of living and traveling in france. First of all-DIRTY,I've seen a rat in the garden,spider webs on chairsand walls,something like scorpio in room,we had to beg for freshtowels,rooms are small and not soundproof,no room service,chairs aroundthe pool are dirty,poor breakfast,waiters don't speak english atall...NOT Good.
