- The Pier restaurant (160 seats) serves a world cuisine and new flavors, accompanied by a wine list. It is open from 07:00 to 10:30 (breakfast buffet) and from 19:00 to 21:30 (dinner). - The Paul Restaurant (60 seats) serves an original cuisine with an extensive wine list. It is open from 19:00 to 22:30. It is necessary to book 24 hours in advance.

The Jack Café, a lounge-bar, located close to the restaurants, is open every day from noon to midnight. Sip some delicious cocktails next to the large fireplace. Enjoy dishes and tapas from all over the world. Relax with an afternoon tea. Piano bar from 19:00.

Val d’Isère, also called “La Grande Dame”, is now one of the world’s greatest ski resorts. It is a village that has preserved an authentic charm, with its typical stone and timber Savoyard architecture, and the contrast of green fir trees and white snow. From Lyon: Taek the A43 in the direction of Grenoble/Chambéry. Then the A430 to Albertville, followed by the RN90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the D902 towards Val d'Isère/Tignes. In Val d’Isère, take the first right road after the fourth round-point. The hotel is located in the old village, next to the Post Office.
