Our favourite French city stay! Our self-catering room was great with
doors opening out to a view. Easy walk into city and right next to Tours
central railway station. New tram service opening soon will make city
shopping access even better for those who are less mobile. Laundry
facilities available. Staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely stay

Facilities were good, easy walking distance to Tourist Info, the station and resturants. Everything worked and having the option of a fridge and cooktop is great.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room had a kitchenette which was very useful for us. It is close to the centre of town and the train station.

Very friendly staff, room looked clean overall, proper supply of utensils in the kitchen.
Bed very uncomfortable, was only a foam mattress, we found it very difficult to sleep on. Mattress cover had not been washed properly, still had other people's hairs on it. We turned it over. Sheets were clean but not mattress cover.
Breakfast not extensive enough, not proper cereals and brown bread for toast etc.
Still no tea & coffee in rooms! That is a must have.
Wi-fi was only in lobby down stairs. If you have a samsung tablet or ipad it is a real nuisance to have to go downstairs to check anything.
The shower curtain needed replacing. Other than that it was excellent.

Even though the bathroom was clean, there was a foul smell coming out of it. Seems it's the pipes; perhaps they need cleaning. No 24hr reception. Wifi only available at lobby.
No comfortable armchair, just 2 dining chairs. Sheet narrow, but long enough so that when turned sideways it worked ok. Quite compact, which was presumably why there were no armchairs.Reasonably clean but obviously vacuumed with door open, so carpet behind door from outside corridor rather dusty.
The bed is very small for 2 (appr. 140x190) and uncomfortable. There was an odd smell in the bathroom. Given that it is a studio, I'd expected some more space to sit down at a table, to be able to eat properly. The hotel/room had internet but only via cable, no wifi. Huge disappointment, given that we live in 2013. Don't think we'll book Adagio Access again.
