The cleanliness, efficiency and ambiance of the hotel were excellent.

Location was poor and not too close to the airport; small paper cups in room.

Convenience to airport, comfort, service, swimming pool which occupied children during our brief stay.

Disappointed to find the bar closed after 12.00 midnight on out return from Tulouse city centre.

A most enjoyable evening meal with helpful and jovial service staff in the dining room. We were joined by friends who have a bed and breakfast establishment outside Toulouse. They said that they would recommend the hotel to their visitors who were looking for accommodation closer to the airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was good. The decor was new and fresh and the outdoor swimming pool a welcome sight after a hot journey.

Minor point but the door to the swimming pool gate was hard to open.

Good food. Nice size room. Helpful front desk staff. Nice outside grounds for kids (for short stays).

We could not get anything to eat when we arrived in the afternoon, until the restaurant opened at 7. My kids were starving having driven for a while and we had already returned our car, so we couldn't drive anywhere. The hotels location is not ideal for walking out with the kids. However, when we could eat, the food was great!

food average, but pricey. Hotel staff had cancelled one of the rooms we had booked as they assumed we had made a mistake! However, they fixed the problem quickly on arrival

Very close to airport, really good amenities, an unexpected clean swimming pool, reasonable restaurant and bar.. a place where you can relax for some hours before catching a plane. Free shuttle to/from the airport was great.

Food a bit over-priced and not many opportunities to eat locally unless you have access to your own transport.

The hotel is called "airport hotel" but is quite far away of the airport. Moreover the heavy traffic that seems to be a constant in Toulouse is keeping it at an even larger distance from the airport.

Very pleasant receptions staff - bilingual.

only one towel in bathroom - and very small - on requesting additional towels was asked to fetch them from reception. Restaurant - no meat on evening menu except burgers - the only two other choices were 'off' the menu

It was near to a big supermarket, had a nice restaurant although expensive and the staff seemed quite helpful. A baby cot was brought to us with no extra cost.

It was a long way from the airport and VERY difficult to find, we had forgotten to take a print out of directions to the hotel and no one had heard of it. It was the Ibis hotel that eventually directed us.The thermostat did not work in the room and it was way too hot. And the fridge didn't work, which was anoying as we had an 8 month baby with us. On telling the reception nothing was done about it
