Although some of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, it is very clean, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, looking up sites on the net for trains and buses etc.(we were staying juring a weather alert and trains were all suspended and delayed). Hotel is very central. Would definitely stay again. comfortable bed!. The room was very nice and I really loved the shower and the bed. Just the walls were kind of thin and I could easily hear the noise from the next room.

The hotel satisfied our prime requirements of location, cleanliness and price. It is conveniently located in the city centre opposite a drop-off point for the airport shuttle and a short walk from the railway station. The room was clean, everything worked and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the hotel. The location is excellent. Right in the centre of Toulouse. The airport bus drops off just at the end of the street which was very convenient. The receptionist was also very helpful. It was chosen for its central location in Toulouse at the cheaper end of the market, and it met both those conditions well. It is not, however, in any sense a luxury hotel, offering basic services cleanly and unpretentiously in a friendly manner. It served our purposes well, the proximity of the underground carpark, a Metro station and the central square being very useful.The hotel is in an ideal position for the city centre. see above. There was an intermittently strong cigarette smell in our room but smoking is still accepted in France.Some of the plumbing in the bathrooms was in need of replacement(I couldn't get the bath to work for instance although the showerwas fine). the way one of the receptionist told us to leave the room 20 min before time. She opened the door without knocking and pretended to put on airconditioning. It was very rude. When we arrived, the cleaning wasn't done and the cleaning lady was upset. The lift wasn't working properly, so we had to carry our heavy luggage in the stairs.The hotel is a little old. It was very hot and I didn't have a/c, just a fan...did not receive cleaning one day. Bar not open.traffic noise from the bus station could have been a problem, but the double glazing and interior doors blocked the sound out. there was no ventilation, it was very hot, and the window was not directed outside and was very small, so not enough daylight. I was given a room without air conditioning at first. Then, the air conditioning was too strong, and there was no manual. Bed very low to floor.Shower very cramped and could have been cleaner.The hotel is a bit dated and tatty, but is clean and fine for a quick overnight stay if you are not fussy about decor etc. Although we booked a big looking room, it was rather small. It is also not accessible for people in wheel chairs.Notre chambre etait au-dessus d'un bar avec musique live jusque tard dans la nuit. Tout simplement inadmissible. the sound insulation between rooms, and between floors was exteremely poor; the shower head fixing was broken.Couldn't get wirless access to work in my room. The bar was closed. Very noisy - water noises from above, creaking floors above and next door. Shower not very good. beside the room, the structure is quite old. The breakfast was very basic and not worth the 9 Euro price tag. Also we paid extra for an executive room but it was not worth the extra.
