Hotel staff - Evelyn, Nathalie, Sebastian and Louis - absolutely fabulous. Could not have asked more from our stay at this beautiful hotel. Beyond the excellence of the staff, the hotel was very clean and immaculately furnished. Located in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet and peacefull. Can not wait to return!. The location is excellent,the staff are always polite and helpful,breakfast is good,the rooms are modern and a great size too.Often European hotels can overpriced for what you get,but this hotel is fantastic.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My navigation system could not get me to the hotel due to all the streets near the hotel being blocked for pedestrians. But once the hotel staff told me to set my GPS for "Place Henry Durant" I was able to find my way from there and drive right up to the hotel front door. Where the valet service parked my car. Very nice. Parking price too stiff. TV impossible to use.Smallish selection at breakfast buffet. the toilet was a bit cold as it was under the roof without any heating. I booked this hotel separately for a previous trip and got a better room then this time! The place remains nevertheless worthwile the stay. I always appreciate if there is a possibility to have a tea in the room. I missed that.Breakfast was not included and a bit pricey. We chose to breakfast in local cafes, which was very good. The bar does not fit with the hotel and surroundings ....other than that execellent service and location.bed was a little soft- we kept rolling into the middle. Time for a new mattress. The staff in the bar was very amateurish (all the other staff was excellent). Expensive internet connection.ugly breakfast room without natural light: this turned out to our advantage as we had an excellent breakfast in our room. Bar is supposed to open from 5 pm yet when we went there at 6 pm, unfortunately we could not find anyone to serve us so we had to go outside.The price: 255€ the official price. We had to pay 355€/ night for 2 nights standard room without breakfast, all deducted 1 month in advance!. During the session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg the rate of the hotel is too high. I would not recommend it in this period, but in other periods it definitely is a very good hotel.Having eaten at mid day it would have ben nice to be able to have something lightat the hotel in the evening. This was only available in the room. messy finishes, not working bathroom!. Very small room, too expensive breakfest; limited selection of food; very difficult to find the hotel;.
