We love your hotel - it was clean, modern and well-located. The room was spacious and beautifully deocorated. The breakfast was great. We liked the view of the tree-lined street, the cleanliness of the neighbourhood and particularly enjoyed the fabulous park across the street. Fist time I stayed at your hotel 2 years ago. When you asked that time for the suggestion, I wrote you about missing environment policy. During my last visit I have discovered that you have introduced a new measure concerning the reuse of towels. Congratulation!!!.
all reviews » Luxurious accomodation, superb value if you can get it cheap. It was so nice, I wanted to live there! Comfortable beds, nice decoration, a great place to stay. Nice park across the road for walks. The room size was big and was quiet. Staff were extremely helpful.Although site states wireless internet was throughout, it was only available in the hotel reception.Wonderful family apartment for four, spacious and clean and excellentvalue for price. The bathroom and toilet were separated which was comfortable. We recommend the Delux room for everybody - specially in package with Strasbourg pass. We spend very nice days there. Location was also good, 10 minutes to tram which takes to city center 2-3 minutes.Strasborg was an unexpected gem of a city! The staff spoke great English and was very helpful. The hotel was a bit outside of downtown, but has great balconies and will bring breakfast up for free! The room is a full studio with a kitchenette at a steal of a price!. The room size and facilities and the staff were very helpful. The location with a young child was fantastic with access to a zoo and play area in the park opposite.This was our 3rd visit to the same hotel, so as you can imagine we have found most things about this hotel, location, price, facilities to be to our liking. Smell in the room was kind of strenge. I am not sure what was the reason.Kitchen is minimalist but you probably won't do much cooking here anyway. Breakfast was not an English breakfast. It was average, but was included in my rate so was good value considering we were four people. Not very centrally located, but it is in a very elegant neighbourhood. Secure parking expensive.Although there was free wireless, it was only available in the lobby. It would have been more convenient if this was available in the rooms. Slightly away from the city center. far from the tram station. I couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning properly and it was quite noisy but it was so hot (heat wave!) that we just left the balcony door open anyway. There was no information about the price of the pay TV and the one film we did watch cost a bit more than I expected at 14€. Breakfast could have been a tad better but it wasn't bad. The hotel could benefit from a proper restaurant.The place is quite far from the city centre, but it was calm. Nothing, everything was wonderful !!. A bit far from the center of town, but parking was convenient in-town. Not applicaple. Only one lift was operating at the time we stayed,so we had to wait for a long time for the lift to transfer luggages. Impossible to find the hotel with the gps as well... No signal...Private parking very complicated. no parking space. heating did not work properly, air conditioning a bit loud. breakfast was unimaginative but quite adequate. the smell in the corridor is not so good.too far from the city center and very dificult to find, specially at nigth by car. unable to exchange £`s for Euro`s at the hotel. The AC was being worked on during our visit and someone had not shut the balcony door fully before us which allowed some rain. Only minor considering the rest of the experience!. Car parking is a bit of a lottery around the area, although you could always get parked within a 100 metres of the hotel.
