The location, very close to the city main attractions, the spectacular view from the room, the hotel customer care service, that offerred us an upgrade to a superior room (being with our 7 yo son). The room was very clean, with all the necessary facilities - including free of charge wifi Internet access. I liked the professional service from all staff on the desk, in the bar and restaurant and among the cleaners. I found it clean and quiet. I particularly liked the china and art posters on display. These gave a sense of culture and imagination in the decor.

The TV remote was not working.Only one hint, a receptionist mislead me saying that the nearby Parking Kleber did not have agreements for price reductions with the hotel. Indeed, it is cheaper than the Parking Tanneurs!!. no minibar in my room. breakfast is very limited in choice, though still 14 euro. Breakfast was too expensive. The Air conditioning was not working, and the room was a bit stuffy. But we were not in the room much except to sleep and the weekend was quite warm, so it was no big deal. the acustic isolation was not enough and the room was noisy.Parking with luggage is a bit of a nuisance as public parking is a bitof a walk away. No refrigerator in the room, that was really bad for 3 stars hotel!. some rooms are small, limited french-bed options. It was a little impersonal and the bar was very small and not good to relax in.breakfast very expensive.rooms a bit small. wifi was actually not available. Total lack of character.
