I loved the Russian Bar and the Ukrainen Vodka that was recommended to us by the Bar Staff. clean room, wi-fi, piecefull place, good conection to public transport. Friendly, helpful and efficientreception staff. Good breakfast selection. not far from the town center. Good location and price. central location, clean and simple room. Close to the train station.

I would recommend the hotel on this basis, and for the price which is, for Strasbourg, very reasonable. But see below....Clean, affordable, located close to center of town, wireless Internet access free of charge. It was near the train station and easy to find. Liked the elevator. location, room. Silente room. price. distance to city center;. It was a good location both for the train station and the centre of Town, was clean and with a long lie-in before breakfast. Had a very good bar attached to it with friendly staff. Great location.Nothing - it was nasty. I missing a desk in the room. Noisy pedestrians into the early hours of the morning when we had the window open. However, this is hardly the fault of the hotel. If you have large laggages, avoid 4 th floor (no elevator stop on 4th floor). wery noisy because of the popularity of this hotel among groups of young travellers - 14-16 y.o. Noise from the cafe.noisy, thin walls. Tab in the shower did not work.Some of the rooms are small, breakfast not included in price. Room was too small - you almost couldn't move in it.cleanliness of bathroom (i had towels with somebody's hair on it) and a sink that smelled badly. comfort. the smell from the inner yard. the room was too small. Rooms were cold. Door to room being too long and therefore scraping the floor every time it opened, toilet seat broken and strange refusal of one receptionist to speak English to me! Also my 'double' room which was more expensive than my friend's single room, was smaller, had twin beds whereas he had a double! It seemed that breakfast had to be pre-booked. We ended up going to a cafe along the road. Heating not working, shower temperature tap broken...The heating of my room was through air conditioner... To not die of cold, I had to turn my conditioner at the utmost volume.. As a result I catched cold. I was sick for a two days of my three days trip and only now, on a third day after returning home, I am getting better. There were spiders in the bathroom and it was not very clean.dont working lift , two of five floors without lift . kind rude staff ,.
