Everything was great. Staff was friendly, wireless internet was 3 Euro 50 for the entire stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to the A and D Tram lines. All staff pleasant and helpful..lots of smiles. The room was extremely clean, everything worked. I will be a repeat customer. Quiet and great breakfast!. Easy walking distance to city centre with little grocery very near by. Nice spacious, very clean, and comfortable rooms.

TV reception went off in the middle of the night, no explanation was forthcoming. The two very small single beds didn't have connectors to stop them sliding apart. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No hotel information packs in the room.Scary and small elevator and narrow parkingplaces. I requested for a shower curtain during my booking, but there wasn't any and I had to wipe the floor dry after every shower. Having separate toilet and bathroom should be a good idea for a room for 2 persons but it'll be better to have a small hand basin in the toilet as well.Lack of tea/coffee making tray in the room was disapppointing and mean. The car parking was expensive per night, in the bathroom there was no shower box or curtains, so when you have a shower the ground will be completely full with water.Glass piece next to the shower was too short and therefore water went all over the bathroom when you showered. Bed were not very comfortable.The bed only had one long thin pillow... but we got more from reception, so nothing really too bad. The service was ok, but did not really make big efforts to get little problems solved. E.g. the handle of room's entry door was broken and came off all the time. Because of the weekend, it was only repaired a day later. No explanations or visits to the place were offered.Rooms were stylish, but perhaps renovated on the cheap. A shelf had come away from the wall in our room. No curtain to take shower. small hallways and elevator, claustrofobic experience. very small lift for size of hotel. Room service. Too much dust in the room , especially under the bed.The beds were very hard. The parking garage was so small it was almost impossible to get our car in it. unfortunately there was an insect on the pillow. Despite reserving a parking space, none were available on my arrival andI had to park in the street.
