We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg. Staffs are super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nice. Bread, cheese, milk and fruits were fresh and absolutely nice. When I have a chance to Strasbourg again, I will absolutely stay in the hotel. Hotel is 15 mi.

We didn't try it because it was an additional 23 Euro per person. That sounded high to us. Small points- in the room we had paper cups, which didn't really fit with the classy, beautiful hotel. Shower was difficult to stand under water and not get the floor wet!. Expensive breakfast. (Did not use.). Pets are allowed but not in all parts of the hotel. Arriving did not know I needed to ring the staff to let down a post in the middle of the street to allow us in. Room was very small (but, again, comforable and clean). Nothing. everything was excellent!. Of course, I would like it to have been a bit cheaper, with the euro/dollar exchange so unfavorable. Gluten free bread or cereal option. Hot breakfast food not kept fresh and stocked. Cups in room were cardboard and not replaced t turndown. Pigeons nesting on the stairs outside our room. Bed not comfortable Not for double size. Some part of the building is now under construction. room was very small; price a bit steep. Nothing!.
