The only way that I could describe this small set of studio apartments is heaven! The infinity style pool is gorgeous and made for some lovely pictures that made my friends and family very jealous! Set on a quiet little private road slightly up on the hill you get amazing views of both St Tropez and Sainte-Maximes. all reviews » Warm welcome, kind and informative hosts, stunning views from a very private patio, very well appointed and maintained gardens, spotless pool with the right water temperature with an amazing view over the St Tropez bay, good Internet connection, studio very comfortable for two adults and small kids (or two adults), very close proximity to the beach and the Botanical Garden of Sainte-Maxime, secure parking facilities in a private road (for those who may dare steep roads they may take the car up. The view of the shore and the Gulf of St-Tropez is breathtaking, as is the view of the swimming pool like a mirage merging with the sea. The apartments are beautifully appointed and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. And our off-season stay meant luxury at bargain prices. Fantastic garden and pool with beautiful view. Much of the time we had the pool all to ourselves. St. Maxime is a great location with sand and shingle beaches,lovely long promenade to walk along and only a short boat ride away from St. Tropez. Be sure to book in advance as there are only 5 guest rooms available, we learnt this the hard way when we tried to extend our stay! This is however a blessing in disguise maybe as you certainly won’t get any early morning fight for sun loungers!. The Wi-Fi didn't work the evening we arrived, but it did wake up in the morning. And the keypad for opening the gate to the street is difficult to find. Very steep drive to the residence so we only took our car out once when we stayed and scraped the underside when we returned as we passed over the uneven entrance. No air conditioning so would be very uncomfortable in the height of summer. Facilities like shower needs some improvements. It's almost a bit to far from the town center. Speaking french required. No lift. The apartment wasn't fully prepared, we had to call for a plumber to fix the sink and the taps no clod water...also unable to have a shower as the shower head was taped up and flooded the floor when used the mixer taps were dated and need replacing. The apartment is dateded and requires renovating and modernising.People need to be warned of the steep incline to access the apartment.
