Value for money and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was excellent also. Resturants nearby was terrific. Fantastic breakfast. Frest coffee not that instant crap.Restaurant - good honest French food.For a simple hotel, restaurant was excellent. Staff very helpful and accomodating (and smiley!). staff and great breakfast. Easy, family accomodation for a night's sleep. Breakfast was a nice selection of cold foods. Service was excellent. Location is convenient to travel through the area.

Regarding my son's and my visit in particular: we toured Reims and the Champagne region and were extremely tired, and my son could not have a drink by the time 9.00 p.m. came along. (He badly needed a drink after having to negotiate the French Autoroute, etc). However, we just concluded that the bar must be closed early evening, every Sunday. Went over instead to a very nearby restaurant. Beds a bit hard. Would have appreciated being able to get a drink, but the bar was closed an hour before its usual closing time. beds a bit hard. Opening my room door was quite a hassle because the magnetic lock was really sensitive so I have to always try many many times to get the door open. The room was very small and we had the noise of the motorway behind the Hotel. discovered other hotels nearby that were better quality for better rate; selection of food in area was a bit lacking/ recognise this was not the hotel's fault. The hotel was quite isolated on an industrail estate. However, i think the location reflects the reasonable price. It was just a shame the hotel did not have a 24hour reception call line as we got locked out of our room until 7am when the reception reopened:). Staff. Small Room. No air condition. Spiders on the celling and the room was a little to small.Cramped room. On arrival we were informed that food would not be available as thedining room was closed on Fridays.
