  Staff were excellent, very helpful even though my French was poor. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great. All the facilities were outstanding. I loved my stay there and would definitely come back again. - Goos quality and reasonable price.

  They actually thought about the little things - having a dishwasher and provided the tablets to use it. Having a washing machine and then acutally providing the dishwashing liquid. The beds were comfortable. The rooms well insulated and quiet. The shower would have to be the best one I have used in Europe. Great underfloor heating. Bathrooms well arranged. Fantastically comfortable beds. Nicely furnished. Very helpful and relaxed staff.   The service is excellent. Very kind and efficient staff. The food is really good as well. Rooms are nice and clean with a nice view. - Very Alpine style building. Staff generally helpful and friendly though rushed in the restaurants at peak times.
