The rooms are nice. We were lucky and our room ha view to the small sweet garden.The hotell is few minutes from the bus which goes to the train station and also few minutes walk to very cntre of the old town The prices are very reasonable. Very good and helpful staff - Beautiful enclosed garden

The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel!

We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials
including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift
access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although
modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room
inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

The best bed&breakfast experience I have ever had. The moment we entered the house Francois welcomed us like an old friend. Every morning Francois and Annette along with other guests from other countries have breakfast together, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing.

I liked the atmosphere. there is a real sense of tradition and the views from the terrace were amazing. It is in a fantastic location, close to the town but feels very peaceful. they are obviously investing in upgrading the pool and surrounding area but the works were not obtrusive. - Very convenient to the beaches

The whole experience was fantastic! -
We received a very warm welcome, and were shown to our beautifully furnished rooms, with well-appointed bathroom. The sense of staying in a family home was enhanced by the photographs in the room. The breakfast was superb, and served in a delightful riverside room full of original art works. Our only regret is that we were unable to eat in the restaurant. We have promised ourselves a return trip to do that.
