Breakfast was good with a variety of freshly baked bread, homemade jams etc. A beautiful private garden with open countryside and distant - Wow! An amazing experience. Tony and Thierry are wonderful hosts and make you feel so welcome. They have a beautiful home and do everything to make you comfortable and relaxed. The highlight is sharing Tony's evening meal with both hosts and all their guests. Local produce and wine, homemade apertifs, and excellent food. The rooms are all very different and extremely comfortable. Everything is of the highest quality. Wonderful!

  Loved the warm welcome from the owners. The room was large, clean and had a lovely view over the garden. The bathroom modern and lovely shower the toilet being just outside the room was not the problem I thought it was going to be as it was 'ours' . We arrived had a beer on the patio overlooking the garden, using the modern kitchenette we cooked o... what people say » ur dinner and sat outside watching the sun go down. The breakfast was fresh and lots of homemade items such a great start to the day. We only booked t - I travelled with a friend from the West Midlands and used La Ferme du Scardon as a one night stopover en-route to Hermanville near Caen. The owner was very welcoming and spoke a little english which with my elementary french was enough to get by. The room was very clean and comfortable with a shower en-suite and a private toilet just outside. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. One word of warning, there is no facility for card payments so it is cash only. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

The friendly staff worked hard to put us at our ease and help our rusty French.Our fabulous suite of rooms, very French in style, were pure luxury. Nothing was too much trouble, the two days spent there was a brilliant start to our holiday in Picardie. The fabulous location offered views over the port and was only a few yards from a range of restaurants. Excellent!

  My wife and I loved everything about this really special hotel from the minute we arrived until we left. Claire and Patrick were so enthusiastic about their hotel and showed us the two unoccupied rooms which both had a different theme. Parking was no problem, although we had booked secure park - Wonderful owners, extremely friendly and helpful. Room design/ decoration was very impressive. We stayed in the Charme 2 bedroom suite. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Large extremely well appointed bathroom, massive rain style shower and free standing bath. Breakfast was wonderful, full range of high quality bread and pastries etc.

  This was an terrific find. Warm, welcoming, comfortable. There is a hammam and a small pool and a library with a log fire. Highly recommended.
