  Reception were very helpful, we arrived late at 9.30 pm but this presented no problem. Location was easy to find.The cot we had requested was present and made up. The family suite was ideal, the children were in a separate room up a small staircase that lead off from the inside of the main door to the suite. All very clean, beds clean and comforta... what people say » ble. Shower area a little basic but adequate. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of cereals, bread, pastries, cheese and mea - This hotel is just lovely. The layout is pleasing, the staff are helpful and they've decorated with great care. It was very helpful that after several hours travelling in the car we could count on having a lovely meal in the on-site restaurant. We were there in late July with a room leading onto the garden. Each of the rooms surrounding the garden feel extremely private as the plants have matured a lot from the picture included on their website.

  The staff were very pleasant, the rooms very clean and only approx 10-15mins walking distance from the main area for restaurants and main line train station, handy to travel into paris. - Perfect stopover hotel on route back from Switzerland.   Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.
