  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. However, the booking system failed to pass on to the hotel that we needed one disbled access room.   restaurant is amazing! don't miss the chariot du fromage. sauna was nice but turn it on first and then go in the pool - took a while to heat up. - The room was spacious and it was possible to park your car outside the back door of the room. The restaurant was beautiful and the food superb.
