Very centrally located- can walk easily to cathedral and museums and the champagne caves. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but if you are up early enough, there is a boulangerie at the end of the street opposite the road and much cheaper.

  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an... what people say » d while looking at the Reims Catheral - The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.
