Delightful,welcoming owners , who went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. They sorted out our need for private parking, while the trees outside the hotel were being felled, and normal parking arrangements were disrupted. The. Food in the restaurant was better than we expected , and our room was warm and comfortable. -

Beautiful hotel and family rooms well designed and carefully thought out. The childrens bunk beds were in a separate area, behind a closed door, but within our room, brilliant! Large comfortable beds, lovely warm showers, good sized pool, fabulous buffet evening meal and breakfast. Great location for the wonderful beaval zoo.

The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and parking was made available by the hotel. Breakfasts and the evening meal served in the dining room were excellent. The staff was helpful, considerate and responsive. We would stay there again.

Charming hotel, friendly staff. Owned by a young couple. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The seasonal menu offered a choice of creative dishes. The location is perfect for visiting several of the main chateau, both Chambord and Chenonceau are minutes away. Definitely a hotel to visit again. -

We had a wonderful experience staying at the auberge de l'ecole. David and Agnes made us so welcome, and the food was superb. Our room was delightful, two double beds so comfortable, the decor pale blue achieved a very relaxing place to be. Nothing was too much trouble from the owners and staff, we stayed 3 nights and could have easily settled for another 3. It's dog friendly (at €15 ea!) and if you have animals with you the best bet is to book the rooms by the pool, with access directly into the grounds. -

Excellent hotel. Newly refurbished. Very clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful though some did not speak English too well. The restaurant was very good though the menu selection was not large and it did not appear to have changed on our second day (we ate out that day anyway). Very convenient for Chambord and Blois
