  The young lady at reception could not have been more helpful. She had very friendly manner and went that 'extra mile' to help us. Facilities were good the room was small but adequate. - Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant good. Breakfast excellent. Swimming pool.

  The staff were friendly, had put up a cot for our baby (no extra charge). It was quiet, the room we had was spacious, with a lovely bathroom and the original decor decor made what could have been a rather boring standard 3 star hotel into something more interesting and personal.   My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night, on our way south. It's a perfect place for a stopover or longer stay, in beautiful surroundings. Away from it all.   The location is good - just 10 minutes on foot to the very centre. It was very quite at night (but we stayed in August when most of the students were away). The kitchenette is fully equipped - we had everything to make food. The supermarche is 5 minutes walk and there are a few shops which work late hours. Private parking is also a good idea. - ... what people say » The apartment was more than adequate for our family, well equipped for family self-catering and well situated for exploring the city. It took us less than 20 mins with our 2 young children to walk to the cable car for a day trip. Would recommend.

  Stayed here over night, I was upgraded to a better room, on top floor, free of charge w/o my request! Room was really nice & quite (which is always important), no view though. Breakfast was ok for €19/person. I would recommend walking to Paul's though! Valet parking (€19) was a plus. Bed comfort was average. Staff were hospitable & helpful... what people say » . I would stay here again! - Very comfortable room. Nicely decorated. Clean bathroom and great shower. Centrally located. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walked to the room with me and showed me the room. When requested new wifi password the staff was very helpful and brought up the new password at the middle of the night.
