  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting eas... what people say » y access to the ski slopes and withing walking distance to the village. - Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

  We was in hotel in summer. Own car is necessarily! The cottage is fairly cozy. The swimming pool (infant and adult) is very clean and fairly big. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The tennis court is very good. We were playing every morning, tennis equipment you can take rent (2,5 EUR the tennis racket, 1EUR the ball). Comfortable new rooms, well-equipped kitchen, a delightful view of the lake, the mountains and the shore of the Switzerland. Clean air, a swimming pool and a tennis court, a good Internet. Good location on the border with Switzerland, in a convenient day-trips around the Swiss Alps and in French Alps and in small authentic towns.

The hotel was on the drop off route for the Morzine - Geneva shuttle service so door to door transfer from Geneva was very covenient.

  Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind too much as we filled a backpack for our overnight stay and left the larger suitcases in the car. The hotel itself was great. Good facilities.   Being right next to lac Annecy, stunning area, can't wait to go back. Would recommend hiring a pedals and going for a swim, it's apparently the clearest lake in Europe....! Can quite believe it, you could see right to the bottom. - Whe think the marina bay suits are absolutly exelent, very good price quality and very big, with very nice terraces.... what people say » I would always suggest SUITE insted of a room as the difference in price is worth every euro!!!
