  This was our 2nd stay in the Hotel. We absolutely loved it. Food was wonderful and rooms Excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel location is excellent, quite area with nice view and only 5 min walking to the center. You have to take aside 3 Star of hotel as it is based on old French system. Basically hotel should be better rated, b... what people say » ased on his quality i.e. food services, entertainment, view, room variation, swimming pool, spa. Note that the Hotel is managed by the owner who is no - Has everything for the mountain biker. Secure storage for bikes. Shoe dryer, bikewash facilities. Only 100metres to the cable car main station. Same to restaurants shops etc.Room modern ,clean and comfortable.

  The hotel was lovely,old style, quiet,wooden and warm and cosy. The food was really delicious every night, quite a high standard and the staff very friendly. Very clean.

  We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and we asked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route. Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race. Apart from the race, La Clusaz is a lovely place and the character of the hotel and the warm reception made our time w... what people say » onderful.   Staying at Terrass Park was a fuss free affair , you felt as relaxed as in your own home. - We liked the hotel : beds are good, the style is sweet: mountain like not kitsch, it is clean, calm, and relatively close the the center of Megeve. Breakfast was fresh. Terrasses sunny. Cable TV in the rooms.

  I am 50 and I stayed at the hotel with my 22 years old daughter for skiing. Nice cosy hotel, fine rooms (small but not tiny) with nice bathroom, well maintained, super staff, very helpfull and polite, speaks english very good - could not be better.   Arc en Ciel boasts 'simple' rooms, and this is true, but they have everything you need, and are very clean, cosy and relaxing. Gorgeous views, ample facilities, friendly staff, gorgeous food and ideally situated for easy access up to the slopes. The atmosphere is very nice in the village, and in the hotel. The slopes are ample for a weekend, and for only an extra 10 euros or so - Owners were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room was comfortable if a little small. There was undercover parking close by. Ski bus left from outside the hotel.

  The accommodation was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location a short walk to the town centre. This hotel has excellent food and staff are there if u need them. The resort is typically French so get your phrase book out English is not widely spoken. Will stay there again and hotel was good value for money
