The setting is lovely, right by the Seine, complete with ducks and nesting swans whose cygnets appeared overnight. Though close to the railway line, it really didn't intrude at all. We had an excellent meal. The staff were pleasant and willing.

  The welcome; the "orangerie" room, as My Wife had recently had a hip operation and was still using sticks; the delicious meals and service; the gardens surrounded by old trees. The best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time - and we travel quite a lot! - Magnificent place to stay. Very kind personnel and great delicious food.   We chose for an overnight stop on way back to Le Havre Ferry. Vry pleasantly surprised with the quality. Welcoming staff spoke good English. Hotel felt clean modern and well furnished. Good size room with comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with great shower. Excellent value. Close to two local restaurants. Self-service continental breakfast was adequ... what people say » ate and reasonably prices. We would definitely recommend. Good secure parking with key code access after 10pm. - We had driven for seven hours, and the night time receptionist spoke very good English, & was very friendly & welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean & quiet, with good tv & WiFi reception. And the morning receptionists were also friendly & helpful. And finally, at 44 Euros, value for money is excellent!

  The place is wonderfully decorated and immediately gives you the feeling of being welcome. The gardens are gorgeous and there are two lovely dogs and cats who also welcome you, apart from the owners and their daughter.
