  Everything. Location. Nice room - newly renovated. They gave me a double with a bath although I had signed up for a promotional single room - very generous. Breakfast was great. They had hot food (eggs and ham) which I could eat - I am diabetic and stay away from carbs. Good selection of carbs for those who can eat them. Excellent staff. The room was beautiful, the staff extremely courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was great. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our trip and we wished we had stayed longer.

  We were upgraded to an executive room without even asking, the beds werereally large and comfortable. We had fresh fruit and cocktails waitingfor us on our arrival and we liked the fact we could bring our cat intothe hotel room too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat and drink andwell worth it. Walkable from the train station on a nice day; less than a 10 Euro taxi fee on departure when it was rain - This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

Car park across the street (Place Gutenberg) was very convenient too, but pricey (21 euro for 24hrs). - The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices.

  Great Hotel - Excellent Location. The hotel is just outside of the citycentre. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral. The roomwas well decorated and very clean. The bathroom had a double sink andmarble counter top.   Polite, pleasant and helpful staff. Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun! Comfortable bed! Very little road noise.
