Everything: the river Sioule running past the converted mill; the wonderful breakfast (especially the little cakes, freshly made that morning); very friendly owners; the location, near some great hiking in the Auvergne.

We had a wonderful stay at La Bonne Auberge. We stayed for 8 days, Maidera made us so welcome and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasurable. She is the perfect hostess and we would definitely stay there again.

The family room was great to have the kids close but not too close.
The welcome was extremely nice and friendly, our hosts were very keen to help with making us comfortable and ensure our small children were content.
Breakfast is superb.
Hotel is a bit further than i would like from the motorway (we used it as a stopover) but it was worth it. -
