  Absolutely beautiful and tranquil setting. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food excellent, and the wines are wonderful. Truly a gem, not to be missed! - Everyone was so friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful. The wine was great. We will go back.

The owner (Bernard) was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended several good restaurants for us as well as giving us directions. The breakfast was very good and our apartment was superb with French windows leading onto the well maintained garden. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Although this accommodation is on a busy road, we found that we were unaware

  I don't want to start writing because I won't stop! So much care and attention to detail has gone into the Dochavert; you see it everywhere you look. Gwendoline and Philipe are fastidious and generous; welcoming and discerning; thoughtful and kind. I felt a part of their home. Breakfast was a marvel, worthy of any 5* hotel and the highlight - We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants. This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

The accommodation has only recently been renovated and our room, no 3, although relatively small, was decorated beautifully. The on street parking was ok as it's on a quiet side street. Myriam served us an excellent breakfast in the garden. The guest's roof terrace offers great views across to the old Cite. There are hundreds of places to eat in the evening we found the Jardin d'ete excellent, great pizzas and a good ambiance within a walled garden just below the Cite walls

  We stumbled across Demuere du Pareur when our original accommodation fell through at the last minute. How lucky we were! Owner Serge is an absolute gent and friendly without being intrusive. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and spotless. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious.
