  The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. My boyfriend and I (we are both 24yrs old) visited the hotel spa during our stay for a back massage which was lovely - I highly recommend.   We really loved our stay at Campanille Narbonne. The hotel is quite new, therefore all facilities are very clean and confortable. The bathroom was big comparing to the average and spotless clean. My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking.
