  This hotel provided everything - underground parking, spacious apartment with kitchen, air-conditioning, large balcony and even a sea view and it is not far from the Casino area once you work out how the strets and public elevators are laid out. Clean and well desinged. Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

  The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way.   The Double room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very good. there was a small problem with the shower but the staff remedied the problem quickly and without any fuss.   This was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. The staff werevery helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very good value for money. - The hotel was clean and convienently located. easy 5 minute walk from train station. Hotel owner was very friendly.

  The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!
