  The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   Very spacious modern apartment.... surpassed our expectations !! Friendly, helpful staff. Great location... only a few minutes walk to two metro stations. Our room was on the courtyard side so was extremely quite.... didn't hear a sound from the street for the four nights we were there. - It was central to where we wanted to be.   This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment. The staff was immensely friendly, though one had to be patient because during late August... what people say » less staff than normal was on hand. The area was dodgy a bit, but very multi-cultural and a not so commonly explored/seen area of the real Paris. We - Super fancy Hotel ,this hotel is awesome ,only a small distance from La Chapelle Metro station ,marvelous breakfast ,trendy Ice Bar
