  cleanliness, friendly staff - Great location, a minute walk to the metro Place d'Italie where 3 lines meet. Room is small but acceptable, clean and very quiet.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. Easy to find the hotel however parking could be a problem as there are limited available spaces compared to ration of rooms. If you are not driving to this hotel it will not b... what people say » e a problem. Do not recommend parking large SUV. - Location. good standard, good service.
