Warmful relationship between hotel personnel and client - The hotel is close to a good Metro line, in a Chinatown area full of cheap groceries and restaurants (as long as you like Chinese). The 24-hr staff is friendly. There is a balcony and a nice television. This is OK for a cheap hotel, but plan ahead for something better.

I didn't know the area at all, and didn't want to waste time searching for everything and didn't have my i-phone. An the night receptionist googled everything for me, printed stuff off and directed me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was feeling tired and they even let me stay an hour later. The hotel in itself was very modern, quiet, clean and had gorgeous design features and furniture.....lovely place!!! Would stay again!!!!

Room was fine, very comfortable (though simple) beds, Plenty of light in the daytime, from window with view on the tree-lined street. Wifi worked fine. Good breakfast, with full assortment. Bathroom (with shower) fine. Well situated, close to Métro and bus, to get into centre quickly, within zone 1 of public transport. Area fine, felt safe. Shopping centre literally across the road, including supermarket. Would certainly stay again in this hotel.
