Good location, short walk to city center and to all attractions. Room is simple and clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Kitchenette and fridge was useful. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel so could not comment. Only stayed for 3 nights, didn't have room service or change of towels. Reasonable price for a covered parking. Overall good value for money. I Liked everything about my stay,it was excellent value for money I liked everything,the value for money, the pleasant staff, the cleanliness and the heat. Excellent.
all reviews » Brilliant hotel, great room facilities, staff extremely helpful. 5 min walk to centre of Quimper, 20 min walk to the main train station. If again in Quimper would definitely stay at Appart'City. good location, very clean and modern,good compact kitchenette with all you need for a weeks holiday, comfortable bed, smart bathroom, plenty of towels (changed half way through week). It was excellent - helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, secure car-park, great location, good price. Couldn't be faulted. Good location close to city centre. Quiet. This is a brand new modern building (when we checked in, Google street view still showed it as a building site!) Despite initial misgivings about appearance, the breakfast was pretty good: bread, meats, yoghurt, Breton pastries etc. Location: it's a few hundred metres away from the old center of the city. Wifi connection is not good, complicated to use. I have no negative comment. sofa bed not comfortable to sit on ( hard wood back at an uncomfortable angle), lack of lounge seats - only kitchen chairs, no air con , was not unusually hot weather but had to keep windows open at night which meant loud road noise which disturbed us throughout. not sure why a new building like this would not have air conditioning? perhaps a room away from the road would be much better but we did book quite late. Nothing. Rather cramped. You have to make the bed into a sofa each day if you want a comfortable seat or room to move around. No drawer space for clothes, just 3 shelves in the wardrobe. Very little space in the kitchen for preparing food, storing food, or washing dishes. You had to go to the public space to get WiFi. You would not want to stay for more than a few days. Could have done with air conditioning as temperature topped 30c during our stay. Convertible beds are a bit squeaky. The cooking was a bit small but had enough equipment supplied. No WiFi in rooms and wired connection over complicated,slow and connection kept dropping out. Although kitchen are was well equipped there was no worktops to prepare anything although room was wide enough to have a drop-down worktop on opposite wall . No complaints!. Liked everything about the premises and will definitely use again. Hard to find. 7 people couldn't get in when we arrived. No one at reception. A resident found a code to a lock box to get most of us key cards, but one family still didn't have a card so we all tried to help. Unable to get through on the phone line. Everyone got in in the end, some hours later. Having to pay for parking. nothing. No wifi in the room. very small room with only a sofa bed. no balcony in the studio room. no air conditioning (37 degrees small room). Wifi code didn't work, reception closed for the night when we discovered this. The wifi connection available only in the lobby. The price of breakfast. Slopeing ceiling in bedroom and lounge. The room was a bit cramped; the beds (2 singles) a bit small. The water heating system in the building had broken overnight, so there was no hot shower. When we asked for a discount at checkout time, we were told that wasn't possible, but that if we wrote the management a letter, then maybe we would be offered a free night. Of course this was of no use to us.
