  We stayed in the villas with private pool, with an incredible view of the Porto Vecchio city, beaches and harbor. The villa was beautiful, and our stay was amazing!! Breakfast was also fantastisc, they simply leave it at your door. We would definetly go back here! Best place in Corsica! Easy to find with the GPS coordinates and signs on the road. ... what people say » - Very nice place. Far from the sea, it takes 15 minutes to get a beach by car. But!!! There were everything for relax - view, atmosphere, pool, pathes for walking. You can cook if you want - all stuff in a room. Nice wooden arbour in all rooms where you can relax!!!

  We booked one night and ended up staying 6 nights. We were there in off- season (early April). Had a very nice and relaxing time. The Hotel has a great location, with an own beach and a mini-marina. You can walk to old town Porto Vecchio within 10 -15 min. Great views from the rooms. Fabulous look from the restaurant. Hotel, rooms, landscaping are... what people say » charming. Very nice hosts! We felt welcome from the first minute. It was not the fake friedliness which you get in the big hotel chains but the charm - Fabulous location right on the edge of the bay. Breakfast not 5 m from the water and clearly the breakfast ladies were very proud of what they were offering - the best selection I had on Corsica. Restaurant is very good but the short 15 minute walk (climb!) into town is also well worth it with very many good restaurants on offer. Very enjoyable location to begin my holiday.

  Very nice location - close to the Marina and town. Great pool area and fine rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and very interesting as a renovated old country house - The hotel was right on the water and the view from the rooms and at breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and nice.

  I was a little concerned about pervious negative reviews of the hotel, but my wife and I had an amazing time at Carre Noir. The hotel is located on the hillside overlooking the magnificently beautiful Santa Giulia Bay, and is a five minute drive from Palombaggio Beach and 10 minutes from Porto Vecchio. Most of the staff were not perfectly polished... what people say » English speakers, but certainly enough to communicate, and all were extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions, maps of the local are - - friendliness of staff - the bedrooms have a wonderful seaview

  We were very delighted when we saw the house that we had rented. The pictures didn't do it justice. It was a fantastic place to relax. The beach was beautiful and if you just want to get away and enjoy yourself it is lovely.   We were delighted with our very cute studio apartment above the main building of the resort. The bathroom is spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchenette well equipped and the view from the small balcony is wonderful. A car is essential to stay here and there is a lot to enjoy on day trips: Bonifacio, mountains, beaches, Porto Vechio, winerie... what people say » s. We didn't use the heated pool but other people staying in the resort enjoyed it in October. We highly recommend this resort. - We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was panoramic and of the country. We didn't use the pool, but other guests spent a lot of time in the water. Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio are close at hand and offer plenty of good restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful.
