The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic.
