  This is a truly lovely budget hotel. At around €100 a night for a decent- sized room with a private bathroom and shower, this is a great deal for the location. We walked there from Gare du Nord; it's also very convenient to the Metro, and there's a bike-sharing (Velib') station just outside the front door. The staff is wonderful... Friendly, cheer... what people say » ful, and very helpful. We ended up needing to leave a day early, and there was no problem changing our reservation once we got there. Overall, this is - Location is great, just 5 mins walk to the metro station (which is near the city centre and has both 8 and 9 line passing by). There are lots of restaurants nearby ( if you are a Chinese, you will like the Chinese restaurant on the left side of the hotel). Staffs are friendly and helpful and there is a small lift in the hotel.

  This is a pleasant and well equipped apartment in a good location. It was our second stay and we have been happy both times. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. - Walking distance to Pomitou and Notre Dame. 3 blocks to train station. Nice kitchen. Feel like your in an authentic Parisian apartment.....because you are.

  The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. But ... what people say » it's all self serve, which we like. Very clean place, small, but for Paris sight seeing you're not spending that much time in the room anyway. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.

  Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and attentive. The studio was a good size and well equipped, I especially appreciated the coffee! - Great location, well appointed apartment and nicely decorated. Great wi-fi. Exceeded our expectations.
