  Although the room was smallish (perhaps not by Parisian standards), itwas immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were unfailinglyhelpful and polite. The public areas on the ground floor were accessibleand tastefully decorated and provided the full range of services onemight want.   On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area. The staff was VERY helpful and professional.   The dwoble room was quit small like another hotels in paris, but very clean and comfortable. Espetialy opening the window to the street was nice. Some hotels outside of windows is small courtyard in Paris, so sunshine can not enter in a room. But in this hotels maybe almost all of rooms catch the sun. - Excellent location.   I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... what people say » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  The hotel is very close to Place de Clichy metro station. The staff were wondeful and our room excellent. We chose to purchase our breakfast at the hotel. Better value than anything similar you could get at a restaurant. Wonderful french bread and croissants with yoghurt, orange juice and loads of wonderful coffee and hot chocolate. - Very helpf... what people say » ul staff and the location was excellent for access to all the sites and things to do in Paris. Breakfast was great value for money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced good hotel in the Montmatre area.
