Great welcome. Discreet and helpful members of staff. Excellent location. This was great for me as I cannot walk for a long time. I was then able to stay in the vicinity, have a good time but still come back to rest in between. I loved the bath and shower. It was very clean. I loved the collection of art books and wished I had had more time to enjoy the mezzanine to read.

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. I had a quiet room on the top floor. -

I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. The best location I have had so far in Paris - quiet street, yet close to the centre of activity. Metro, buses connection is superb. Walking distance to many sights, both sides of the Seine. Lots of shopping around. The range and number of dining options is amazing. The hotel is very charming, with excellent personnel.
