Our 3 bed room was spacious for Parisian standards

We had booked with a special request for an extra bed / matrass in the room and had phoned before arrival to confirm this (and advised it was no problem), but on arrival were told this was not possible. This problem was dealt with in a rather unfriendly manner, but a solution was found.

It's near the train station which I found necessary during my stay.

Elevator was small.

Internet conection

The hotel rate was good and the its localization near Montparnasse station is very appropriated for any trip in Paris or to other cities in France. The bad was that internet connection was not working.

I was just stunned by behaviour of the man behind the desk...that was enough to leave a baaad impression.....
